Avontus is excited to announce the launch of its highly anticipated Beat My Scaffold 2025 competition, running from January 27 to March 3, 2025. This annual contest invites Avontus Designer users to showcase their most creative and complex scaffolding designs for a chance to win prestigious prizes and industry recognition.
The competition will feature a mix of public voting and expert judging, encouraging participants to demonstrate not only their technical expertise but also their ability to engage and inspire their networks.
Competition Details and Key Dates:
- Submissions & Public Voting: January 27 – February 24, 2025
- Final Voting (Closed to New Submissions): February 25 – March 3, 2025
- Judging Period: March 4 – March 10, 2025
- Winner Announcement: March 13, 2025
Participants are invited to submit their 3D scaffold designs in JPG/PNG format through the competition website. To enhance their submission, participants may also include videos or real-world photographs of their projects.
During the five-week submission period, participants are encouraged to promote their entries and gather public votes. The top four entries with the most votes, along with one Avontus staff pick, will progress to the judging phase.
Judging Criteria:
Entries will be assessed by a panel of experts based on the following criteria:
- Design Complexity: 40%
- Presentation Quality: 40%
- Public Votes: 20%
Prizes:
The winners will be announced on March 13, 2025, with prizes awarded to the top three entries:
- 1st Place: DJI Air 2S Drone with Camera
- 2nd Place: iPad 10.9-inch (10th generation)
- 3rd Place: DJI Pocket 2 Camera
