Nicole joined the team in 2020 and her role is dedicated to processing new member applications, ensuring seamless renewals, and supporting with membership queries.
Chris Seaton
Chris joined the association in 2021 and is responsible for developing the association’s policy position and building relationships with key stakeholders.
Sally Smith
Head of Marketing and Events
Sally returned to the association as Head of Marketing & Events Manager in 2024, from a background in the housebuilding and tourism industries. This role will focus on building membership and industry relations.
Alison Hurman
Alison joined the team in 2019, and is now responsible for the development and production of AccessPoint magazine, and managing the associated digital platforms.
