We are partnering with the CITB for the above webinar so that they can explain the updates to their grants and funding available for CITB grant-eligible training.

The team will talk about the new ‘Employer Networks programme which aims to significantly reduce the complexity and admin time for claiming. Employer Networks have proven to be successful in helping more employers to train and offer support. This training can be in anything that supports construction employers. These could be the trade skills you need right now or something you’ll need in the future.

The webinar will explain how this new programme means that you don’t need to complete any paperwork to apply for funding… the CITB will deal directly with the agreed training provider, paying 70% of the training costs directly and just invoicing your company for the remaining 30% balance.

  • What are stress risk assessments and your legal responsibilities as an employer?
  • How to spot the signs of work-related stress and those most at risk?
