The Scaffolding Association is holding its first annual conference, on the 29th September 2022 welcoming both members and non-members from across the sector.

The event, being held at the Heart of England – Conference & Events Centre, will attract around 300 delegates from across all areas of the scaffolding and access sector including operations, managing directors, HR, compliance, risk management, procurement, technical and many others. Since opening for membership in 2013, the Scaffolding Association have proactively listened to what their members are saying about the industry and have composed a conference programme which they hope to be engaging, informative and above all else relevant to their audience.

The Scaffolding Association are incredibly proud to welcome Tim Balcon, CEO of the Construction Industry Training Board (CITB), as their keynote speaker as well as Richard Turfitt, Senior Traffic Commissioner. Details of further speakers and sessions will be released over the coming months via the conference website and social media channels.

Having not been able to hold face-to-face events during the pandemic, the Scaffolding Association are pleased to say they have made provision for two hours of dedicated networking time to allow conference delegates to establish relationships with other industry professionals on a more personal level.

Robert Candy, Chief Executive, Scaffolding Association said; “I’m incredibly proud to be able to say we’re now in a position to be able to host the UK’s first dedicated scaffolding and access conference event. The event will bring together some of the best, most progressive leaders in the sector and we hope that the planned programme will offer delegates a range of insights and tools that they can take away to implement within their own businesses.”

There are a limited number of earlybird tickets available as well as discounts for booking multiple places. For more information on the Scaffolding Conference and to book your ticket, visit: https://www.scaffoldconference.co.uk
